We offer month-to-month, 6 month and 12 month contracts.
Am I required to carry malpractice insurance?
Yes. We work with several malpractice carriers with inexpensive plans to add the collaborating physician to your policy.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a one-time $500 application/match fee when you submit the documents required.
